Three young men set out one after noon for an adventure on the Sea of Galilee. Initially, they enjoyed the cool breeze, but as the heat of the afternoon continued the breeze turned into a fierce wind, blowing them away from shore. As the evening approached they realized that they were exhausted and lost at sea. With no sense of direction, they eventually did not even know which way the shore was. They felt hopeless until they spotted a distant light on the shore. Rowing tirelessly towards it, they realized it was the Savior, who guided them safely to shore with his lamp and eventually a helping hand. Grateful for their rescue, they shared their story of finding hope in the midst of darkness by heading toward the light on the shore.
