I loved Elder Uchtdorf's talk from General Conference about the return of the Prodigal Son. I've been the son, and I've witnessed the distancing and return of beloved friends and family—and similarly to the father, I have experienced the joy in their transformation. Something many people don't know is that the "son" was quite challenging to draw. I didn't want to depict any specific age, mainly because I believe that, regardless of how long we may have strayed, He will always welcome us with open arms of forgiveness and love.

Eloy Lazaro was born in Spain, where his passion for art began at an early age. He grew up attending private art school in Spain, developing a strong foundation in traditional techniques. After moving to the United States, Eloy transitioned into the animation industry, where he discovered new creative possibilities through technology. Today, he combines his artistic background with cutting-edge tools like Unreal Engine and AI to create immersive and visually striking works. As a fan of fantasy, Eloy often weaves elements of wonder into his faith-inspired paintings. Eloy and his wife have two children, who inspire him daily.
