Te shipping, time, and un informed/inaccurate response from a poor customer service team wasn’t the best. Being told the picture was in shipping, and leaving that day, to not having it actually leave your facility for a few days after the call?…no bueno 🙁. And… really ridiculous that a picture being sent from one end of the state to the other took nearly a week itself…and that it went to 3 different locations in Georgia 🧐. While I’m happy with the product, I’d be hard pressed to consider using the online version again…I’ll just wait for your next appearance in Costco.
