Watchers in the Night

I purchased this painting because the "spirit" conveyed in this painting reminds me of two people that I love very much. The "Angel" protectively stands guard over the small child with love and safety. I placed this painting among many of my other favorites on the wall of the room where I sleep. It is one of the last images I see before I go to sleep, and one of the first when I awaken. The colors are complimentary earth tones and the painting captures a feeling of eternal love and protection between the angel and the peacefully sleeping child. It is absolutely beautiful!

I bought this years ago for my kids and wanted to get the same for their kids but couldn’t find it till now. Thank you!

When my daughter was 3 or so, she said she couldn’t go upstairs because the man was blocking the way…A child who saw angels frequently, I knew something was happening. I believe 5IS is what she saw that day.

This beautiful painting is the truth we read in the Bible, the Word of God, about His commitment to His children, who know Him and are known by Him. Psalm 91: 11 “ For He will command His angels concerning you, to guard you in all your ways.”

Well. This is disappointing. It is so dark you can barely even see anything but the light.
