Teach Me

He created the heavens
He created the earth.
But forgot who He was
When He came here through birth.

Yet Mary remembered
That He was the One.
She taught Him of heaven,
That He was God's Son.

We too must be taught
To know who we are,
And our mother can hear
As God whispers to her.

She teaches of heaven
And of Father above.
It is in mother's arms
That we first feel His love.
