Our intention in this painting was to capture the essence of the unwavering trust we can cultivate in Jesus as we journey through life by His side. Initially led by His guidance, our experiences deepen our understanding that we can always rely on Him.

His yoke is easy and his burden is light
This is a beautiful picture and reminds me of the scripture His yoke is easy and his burden is light. A yoke is something that holds oxen together so that they go the same way. When I saw this picture I immediately thought of that scripture. When you think of a yoke and how heavy they are. If we share his yoke he takes most of the weight and his burden is light he doesn’t ask us to much, just to follow him and when we are yokes with him, we can do nothing else but stand with him and follow him.

It is so moving … we are literally in a world that is in so much chaos… & so many challenges that we face. I have found it is only when we take Christ’s hand ….
