The moral teachings of Jesus Christ have inspired and challenged Christians for centuries in ways which can never lose their relevance. This sermon provides the fundamental path and outline of personal conduct which lead to the Kingdom of Heaven. Christ teaches us that God’s children are those that act like God. 

The sermon was believed to have been given on what has become known as the Mount of Beatitudes in northern Israel, which overlooks the Sea of Galilee. Here, Gygi presents Christ as a humble and unimposing figure. His casual demeanor provides the feeling that we ourselves amongst an intimate group being spoken to directly by The Son of Man.
